With your package, you will have an option to train 2 to 4 times per week and also you can take advantage of the Running Club option. Each class is unique and designed to give you the ultimate work out program. We combine strength training exercises with trail running and all classes take place outdoors, set in a tough natural terrain. Always challenging and never boring!
