Welcome to Muddy Warriors

Hot Summer Body Makeover Boot Camp

Are you ready to get into the best shape of your life? It’s time for a New You! Make a commitment to become more fit, stronger and healthier! Our  6 weeks program is designed to transform your body, while you are participating in fun and challenging workouts designed to burn maximum fat and tone your body. Our workouts use a combination of High Intensity Interval Training, Active Training, Hill Sprinting and Obstacle Training.

In order for you to get the best results within this fitness program, we modify the intensity based on your fitness level and goals. This program is for everyone from beginners to more advanced athletes. All sessions are led by experienced and certified boot camp instructors and take place outdoors in Bell Creek Park and on surrounding trails in Bell Canyon. Each boot camp participant will need to attend a private consultation prior to starting the program, where we will discuss your goals and fitness.Your results will depend on your commitment level and effort you put into the program.

Summer Classes take place  from 8am-9am, Tuesday & Thursday. As part of this program, you can also take advantage of our Running Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:15 am through 8:45 am.


You need to arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Classes will start exactly at 9:00 am
