Bootcamp Classes: Our Bootcamp classes are challenging 1 hour workout sessions and are centered around total fitness and are a combination of cardio and strength oriented exercises, using your body weight, natural obstacles, creative props and are set in tough natural terrain. Our program is designed for people of different fitness levels and we work with all participants to suit their personal needs in order to accomplish their goals. All workouts are dynamic, challenging and unique.

Trail Runs: Our trail run sessions vary from 3 – 5 miles in length. The runs take place on local trails and vary in difficulty level. During the run, you may opt to walk parts of the course to modify training to your fitness level. The goal of this training is to improve your endurance and gain benefits of trail running. The benefits of trail running span the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual areas of your life. This type of exercise strengthens your legs, it is better for your joins than street running because it absorbs more shock and it is more forgiving on your body. During trail running you will also experience beautiful scenery, fresh air and you can focus on running without the interruption of the elements of the city life.

Events: As part of our program, we have designed special events, which last from 2-4 hours, and they incorporate both bootcamp and trail running experience. Our events are designed to challenge yourself outside of your comfort zone, so that you can overcome both physical and mental obstacles in your life. The events take place on weekends and a designed for either individual or group experience. This is a great way to test your fitness level and track your progress from our bootcamp training and trail running.

Races: As Muddy Warriors we participate in local and national obstacle course racing. If you have finished a mud race, training for a race, considering a race, or simply, you are training like a Beast, you are a Muddy Warrior! Join us and be the best your can be.
