*If you are traveling from out of town and you are unable to pick up your packet during this time, you need to arrive at the event no later than 1 hour before your official wave time.
PARKING
Parking in the park parking lot is limited and only available with purchased parking passes. If you have purchased a Parking pass, your name will be on the list and you will need to present your ID to the Parking attendant by the parking entrance.
General Parking: general street parking is limited and available on a first come, first serve availability. Please arrive at least an hour before your race time to allow for parking and registration.

ARRIVAL:
Be early. Arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, go through registration, drop off your bag at bag check and get warmed up. Registration opens at 6:30am.
RACE TIME:
You should have selected the time of your race during registration. Your wave time should be included on your receipt. If you do not have your race time, please email us at muddywarriors@gmail.com.
WHAT TO BRING
- Your ID
- Signed Waiver
- Your BIB#
- CASH for drinks, food and merchandise
- Positive attitude and fun energy
WHAT TO WEAR
You should be wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty and a pair of training gloves to protect your hands from the terrain and obstacles. You should also be wearing a pair of trail running shoes to protect yourself from slipping and sliding. We expect the weather to be in the mid 70’s. If you do not have training gloves, Muddy Warriors Workout Gloves will be available for purchase at the Registration Tent on race day for $10. Please bring cash.
EVENT PHOTOS: You can purchase a Photo Package during Registration for $20.00.
Photo Packages will be available for sale after 11/24/2019 for $30.00 and more.
RACE SCHEDULE:Please arrive at least an hour before your race time to allow for parking and registration.
6:30 am – Onsite registration begins
7:30 am – Event Grand Opening with the National Anthem and Color Guard Ceremony.
8:00 am – 8:15 am – Competitive Waves Start Time
8:30 am – 10:30 am Event Waves Start Times
9:00 am – Health and Fitness Fair Opens with DJ, Contests and Raffle
9:00 am – Beer Garden Opens
12:00 pm – Awards: 5K and 10K Male and Female Winners announced, Biggest Team.
12:30-2:00pm – Event Activities
