Thank you for registering for the Muddy Warriors Xperience taking place on Sunday 11/24/2019. This event is just around the corner and here is some important information for your review.

EVENT: Muddy Warriors Xperience on  11/24/2019

LOCATION Corriganville Park, 7001 Smith Rd, Simi Valley, CA 93063

PACKET PICK UP
Packet pick up will take place on Friday 11/22/19 from 11 am to 7 pm at Roadrunner Sports, which is located at 1714 Newbury Rd, Newbury Park, CA 91320 Phone: (805) 375-1415.

At your packet pick up you will receive:
·          Your Bib Number
·          Your Tee Shirt
·         Our Race Bag with Specials and Coupons from our Sponsors
·          You will be able to prepay for your Photo Package. Pre-race cost is $20 (Post-race cost is $30)  


EVENT PARKING
Event parking is limited at Corriganville Park. We suggest that you carpool with your family and team members. If you have purchased an Onsite Parking pass, your name will be on the list and you will need to present your ID to the Parking attendant by the parking lot entrance. You will get a parking pass which will need to be displayed on your vehicle dashboard. You can purchase a parking pass here

IMPORTANT RACE DOCUMENTS
Muddy Warriors Xperience Waiver for Participants and Volunteers: Download here:  Click Here . You must bring a copy of the signed waiver to the race and submit it during check in.

ARRIVAL: Be early. Arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, go through registration, drop off your bag at bag check and get warmed up. Early Registration opens at 6:30am.

RACE TIME: You should have selected the time of your race during registration. Your wave time should be included on your receipt. If you do not have your race time, please email us at muddywarriors@gmail.com

WHAT TO BRING

  • Your ID
  • Signed Waiver
  • Your BIB#
  • CASH for drinks, food and merchandise
  • Positive attitude and fun energy

WHAT TO WEAR
You should be wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty and a pair of training gloves to protect your hands from the terrain and obstacles. You should also be wearing a pair of trail running shoes to protect yourself from slipping and sliding. We expect the weather to be in the mid 70’s.

RACE SCHEDULE:
Please arrive at least an hour before your race time to allow for parking and registration.
6:30 am – Onsite registration begins
7:30 am – Event Grand Opening with the National Anthem and Color Guard Ceremony.
8:00 am – 8:15 am – Competitive Waves Start Time
8:30 am – 10:45 am Event Waves Start Times
8:00 am – 1 pm – Health and Fitness Fair with DJ, Contests and Raffle
9:00 am – Beer Garden Opens
11:00 am – Awards: 5K and 10K Male and Female Winners announced
1:00 pm – END
